The Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) is a special legal jurisdiction established to attract investment and develop international business in Kazakhstan.

A distinctive feature of the AIFC is that the activities of companies here are governed by the norms and principles of English common law, adapted to the needs of the jurisdiction.
