Voluntary liquidation of LLP in the Republic of Kazakhstan
Voluntary liquidation of an LLP is a procedure whereby a legal entity officially ceases its activity and is struck off the state register.
It is a natural stage which may arise for various reasons: from the participants’ loss of interest in the business to the absence of profit.
The procedure is strictly regulated by legislation and requires knowledge of corporate, tax and labour law. The main legislative acts are: the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law “On Limited Liability Partnerships”, the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other subordinate legislation.
