Andersen is a global developer of software solutions for medium and large businesses. One of its projects concerned the creation of software for a large financial institution in Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Counterparty). After fulfilling all the terms of the contract, Andersen faced the Counterparty’s refusal to pay the amount of the debt due to internal corporate procedures. The debt amounted to 70,727,549 tenge (about 123,111 euros). Andersen contacted the Kazakhstan office of REVERA with a request to collect the debt.
