With effect from 1 October 2026, the team of the Kazakh law firm Artyushenko and Partners will practise as part of REVERA Kazakhstan. The partnership, which the two sides have built over more than three years, is entering a new phase.Over the years, REVERA and Andrey Artyushenko’s team have delivered dozens of joint projects for clients doing business in Kazakhstan and other jurisdictions. The integration formalises a well-established model of cooperation and gives clients of the Kazakhstan office access to the entire REVERA network, which today comprises offices and practices in 12 countries: Belarus, Georgia, Poland, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, Montenegro, the UAE and Curaçao.Kazakhstan remains one of the key hubs for international investment and cross-border projects in Central Asia. Businesses increasingly need support with transactions and projects across several jurisdictions at once, from corporate and tax matters to the structuring of international operations, investment protection and dispute resolution.

The REVERA Kazakhstan office will continue to be led by Andrey Artyushenko. Commenting on the development, he said:

The experience of working with FIDIC contracts that we have built up in Kazakhstan can now be applied to projects across the entire REVERA network, from Central Asia and the Caucasus to Europe and the UAE. International contractors and employers will have a single team supporting their project in every market in which it operates.

Our clients will also benefit from a broader range of services. In the past, they came to us mainly for real estate and construction matters. We will now also be able to support them in the areas where REVERA has historically been strong: corporate law and M&A, tax, international business structuring, investment protection and dispute resolution. At the same time, nothing changes for our clients: the same partner, the same telephone number, the same office.’
